We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources professional to manage our benefits operations in Sao Paulo. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources related to employee benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices across Latin American countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize benefits and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement change management initiatives to predict impacts and develop practical solutions for project implementation.
- Design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of benefits processes.
- Support other areas in understanding and implementing benefit policies and procedures.
- Resolve supplier issues and develop new initiatives for business continuity.
- Utilize the SAP system to manage health plan benefits, life insurance, pensions, and other employee benefits.
- Maintain compliance with benefits processes across multiple countries.
- Provide support to employees on benefits-related matters.
- Report benefits information to Payroll and respective providers.
This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, as well as local knowledge of Sao Paulo, Brazil. We value diversity and equality in our workplace.
