Key Retail Leadership Role

This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic and operational management of stores. As a retail district manager, you will oversee the performance of multiple stores, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop plans to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, including English, and be proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure global policies and procedures are implemented in accordance with company standards.
  • Strategic and operational management of stores, including business planning and construction of diagnostics and design of solutions for sales growth and profitability.
  • Create innovative business opportunities and identify ways to drive sales in the country.
  • Must travel frequently to 100% of the stores, according to local needs.
  • Participate in Results Meetings and alignments with the Head of Retail, weekly, presenting actions and analysis to overcome results.


Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, including English.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Strong interpersonal communication and motivational skills.
  • Experience in managing several stores.
  • Ability to analyze the business and deliver high-performance results.
