Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to deliver end-to-end technical support in accordance with IT service level agreements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster incident response and resolution, as well as service request fulfillment services.
  • Troubleshoot issues to resolution or escalate when necessary.
  • Support Microsoft virtual technologies, including AVD, Nerdio, and FSLogix.
  • Document all reported issues and resolutions in the incident management system.
  • Provide feedback and updates to the knowledge base where applicable.
  • Follow established ITIL processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Virtual technologies is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware, computer operating systems, and software is essential.
  • The ability to communicate technical ideas to a non-technical audience is crucial.
  • Knowledge of typical desktop computer software is necessary.
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team is vital.
