We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our team of experts who partner with fast-moving companies to build reliable and secure infrastructure for the future of AI, fintech, cloud services, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deploy scalable cloud-native systems on AWS that meet high performance standards.
- Own Kubernetes clusters, ensuring architecture, automation, observability, and performance tuning are optimized.
- Develop Terraform modules and GitOps pipelines to streamline deployments and make them efficient.
- Create CI/CD pipelines that prioritize speed, reliability, and safety in getting new features into production.
- Automate provisioning, monitoring, security, and other processes using the best available tools.
- Partner with product engineers, security teams, and leadership to deliver infrastructure that accelerates business growth.
- Mentor teammates, review code, and help establish best practices as we continue to grow and scale.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong track record of working with LAMP (Linux Apache Mysql PHP) and demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms like AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Linux, along with a deep understanding of networking and cloud-native security.
- A proven ability to scale systems for high-volume, high-availability workloads.
- Proficiency in scripting or coding languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- An eye for automation and eliminating manual work wherever possible.
- Experience in startup or growth-stage environments is a plus.
- Excellent asynchronous communication skills.
Bonus Points If You've:
- Designed infrastructure for AI/ML systems, SaaS applications, or telco-scale apps.
- Utilized tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Vault, Elastic Stack, or Amazon EKS.
- Led technical teams or mentored junior engineers.
- OBTAINED certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, CKA, or Azure Admin.
