This role is focused on delivering exceptional results in talent acquisition and learning & development across our LATAM region.
Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment processes, partnering with business leaders to develop hiring strategies, driving employer branding initiatives, and coordinating regional TA efforts aligned with our corporate talent strategy.
Responsibilities:- Recruitment Management (65%): Full-cycle management of regional teams' recruitment processes located in Brazil.
- Talent Acquisition Strategies: Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into smart hiring strategies.
- Employer Branding: Driving initiatives to enhance our employer brand and improve candidate experience.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinating regional TA efforts aligned with our corporate talent strategy to ensure robust TA management in all LATAM subsidiaries.
- Designing and deploying learning and development strategies across subsidiaries (35%).
- Facilitating best practice sharing in talent development.
- Creating learning content and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Supporting key talent management initiatives for the region.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development, preferably in multinational or regional environments from similar industries.
- Hands-on and proactive mindset. A strong ability to create solutions rather than waiting for opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. Excellent collaboration skills with HR peers across LATAM.
- High level of resilience and adaptability in changing and fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus (many internal clients will be Spanish-speaking HR teams).
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
