  • Presents strategic business frameworks to portfolio companies and external clients.
  • Facilitates high-impact workshops focused on business acceleration.
  • Reviews business cases, identifies bottlenecks, and crafts actionable solutions to drive growth.
  • Provides one-on-one consulting to businesses, guiding them through tailored strategic roadmaps.
  • Builts and optimizes systems necessary to scale advisory and consulting services.
Main Responsibilities
  • Led strategic consulting sessions with portfolio companies and high-growth businesses.
  • Develops and delivers insightful presentations on business strategy, market positioning, and scalability.
  • Facilitates roundtable discussions and live problem-solving exercises with business owners.
  • Evaluates client businesses and crafts tailored solutions to accelerate their growth.
Requirements
  • Elite Business Leadership: Holds an MBA from a top-tier institution or has successfully scaled and exited a $15M+ revenue company.
  • Startup Agility: Thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments where adaptability and quick decision making are essential.
  • Exceptional Communication: Captivates audiences, commands rooms with confidence, and engages business owners through powerful storytelling and compelling insights.
