Product Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, defining product roadmaps, feature sets, and release plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Collaborate with the product management team to develop and execute the product strategy, including defining product roadmaps, feature sets, and release plans.
  • Agile Scrum Methodology: Act as the Product Owner within the Agile Scrum framework, managing the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and facilitating sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure the product's quality by defining acceptance criteria and participating in testing efforts to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Customer Research: Conduct thorough customer research to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful product launches.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a product manager in similarly sized growth-stage enterprise B2B SaaS software companies.
  • Experience working with Conversational and Generative AI technologies is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum methodology and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of B2B software and an interest in AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
