Job Title: Financial Transformation Senior

Job Purpose:

The Financial Transformation Senior will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement of financial processes in the areas of accounting and share services, using the lean methodology as a basis for this implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver financial information to management and stakeholders;
  • Manage a team to deliver USGAAP and statutory financial statements;
  • Maintain a high level of governance to comply with SOX, internal control, and internal audit requirements;
  • Connect and communicate with global leaders and peers around the world;
  • Work closely with the Brazil shared services finance team to identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and industrialization;
  • Deliver high-quality results under pressure with a focus on team engagement and constructive behaviors;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within and outside the area of responsibility;
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with a strong understanding of Brazil Tax System.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent;
  • 10 years of experience in an accounting environment;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and principles, especially IFRS, including month-end closing processes;
  • Knowledge of IT accounting and reporting tools;
  • Knowledge of internal controls principles;
  • Excellent leadership skills to manage a diverse team;
  • Constructive behavior that creates engagement, commitment, and a sense of belonging;
  • Ability to speak up and make a position when required;
  • Alignment with TechnipFMC values.
