We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud expert to join our team. As a Marketing Cloud expert, you will be responsible for defining technical user stories, developing web applications, and designing integration services and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Modeling: Set up and configure data models to support business objectives and marketing metrics.
- Platform Configuration: Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated processes.
- Solution Development: Develop scalable solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.
- Consulting: Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email customer journey.
- Communication: Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
- Programming Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Salesforce programming.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Digital marketing knowledge with experience in data segmentation, optimization, and management.
- Database Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of database marketing.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Good HTML/CSS knowledge, scripting and query experience, and SQL knowledge.
