The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team is responsible for ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements at Nubank.
This includes continuously identifying, classifying, and monitoring risks to drive alignment between the technology security strategy and overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret new IT and Security regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates.
You will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and internal policies, engage with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and expertise on regulatory requirements and compliance strategies, and work closely with the Risk teams to align on mitigation of identified risks.
We seek a professional with prior experience in internal controls, risk, and compliance initiatives, knowledge of international banking regulations and compliance standards, and proven expertise in designing and implementing compliance processes.
The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in technical assessment, and advanced English proficiency for both written and spoken communication.
