Senior Clinical Research Associate Role

At the forefront of clinical development, we're seeking an accomplished Senior Clinical Research Associate to spearhead the oversight and management of clinical trial activities. This role demands meticulous attention to protocol, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, ensuring seamless execution throughout the study lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rigorous monitoring of clinical trial sites to guarantee adherence to study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Perform site visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and provide expert support for successful trial execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain stringent clinical trial conduct standards.
  • Foster robust relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial operations.
  • Strategic Management Position

Qualifications and Skills
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or medicine.
  • Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, boasting a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requisites.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously, exhibiting exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, coupled with proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving compliance within a complex environment.
  • Proficiency in Advanced English: Communication, Writing, and Reading.
