Job Opportunity

This is a highly responsible position for a Clinical Research Associate to manage clinical trials. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and take initiative.

  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • They must also have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • In addition, they should have a good understanding of clinical research methodology and terminology.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will be required to make decisions autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are also crucial, as the candidate may be required to work in a matrix environment and accommodate extensive travel requirements.
  • A bachelor's degree in a biological science or related field is preferred, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical trials from site identification to close-out.
  • Develop expertise to become a subject matter expert.
  • Conduct on-site visits and remote contacts as requested.
  • Generate visit/contact reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of project goals and update of applicable trial management systems.
