We are seeking an experienced Sr Analyst CMS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysis and a keen eye for detail.

  1. The Sr Analyst CMS will be responsible for making sure the IBC's sales journey is consistent across all teams, providing the best experience and visibility of benefits to ensure consistency and impact KPI results.
  2. This role involves day-by-day control of CMS promotions calendar, working with support teams from planning phase to launch period to ensure the best experience for ISF and assertiveness of promo mechanics.
  3. The Sr Analyst CMS will also provide support on financial control demands, such as cost control and budgeting process.
  4. This position generates analyses and insights to support monthly management meeting reports.
  5. The role monitors competitive market, focusing on initiatives to Sales Force, Recruiting, Trade Marketing, CRM, and other relevant experiences.
  6. The Sr Analyst CMS frequently interacts with ISF to capture their pulse, needs, and feelings, aiming to always support the ISF.
