This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless Sales Journey for IBC, collaborating closely with other business teams to maintain consistency across CMS programs. The goal is to provide an exceptional experience, both digital and physical, while highlighting the benefits to drive KPI results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement 360-degree customer journeys and activations, working in tandem with the Communication, Education, and CRM teams to foster loyalty.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of these journeys and propose continuous improvement adjustments.
- Analyze digital trends, including apps, live shopping, and digital trade practices, to identify areas for enhancement.
- Oversee the CMS promotions calendar, working with support teams from planning to launch to ensure a cohesive experience.
- Provide financial control support, generating analyses and insights for monthly management meeting reports.
- Monitor the competitive market, focusing on initiatives that impact Sales Force, Recruiting, Trade Marketing, CRM, and other relevant experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to analyze complex data and propose actionable improvements.
- Strong understanding of digital trends and their impact on business outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
