We are seeking a skilled Asset Performance Specialist to join our team at Wärtsilä. As an Asset Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting the performance of four-stroke engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze engine sensor data to identify potential issues and deviations from expected behavior.
  • Utilize digital tools, including artificial intelligence, to diagnose and resolve engine performance problems.
  • Collaborate with customers to provide expert advice and guidance on engine maintenance and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of four-stroke engine operational parameters and their correlation.
  • Work closely with the diagnostics expertise team to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with numbers and data in the form of tables and graphs.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new IT tools and technologies.
