The ideal candidate will support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, with a focus on the technology sector in Brazil and Latin America. This will involve conducting in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses.

The successful candidate will also work closely with technology companies in our portfolio to monitor performance and contribute to strategic initiatives. Furthermore, they will analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.

• Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities.

• 4+ years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Capital Markets.
• A strong background in technology, either through direct professional experience, deal exposure, or sector knowledge.
• Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier Brazilian or international university.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Portuguese is mandatory.
• Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
