Capital Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Capital Sourcing Specialist to join our team.
This role requires someone who is both skilled at online research and comfortable making a high volume of phone calls every day.
You will be responsible for sourcing information on and engaging potential capital providers for commercial real estate debt and equity brokerage, with a focus on the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement deal specific outreach strategies (cold calling and email campaigns) to gauge interest in active opportunities, and nurture them toward further discussions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team, ensuring a smooth handoff for follow-up discussions.
- Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
- Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
- Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
- Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
- Stay current on industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the U.S. commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team.
- 2+ years in research, business development, sales support, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher), with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach calls each week.
- Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
- Skilled at leveraging online research tools (including websites, LinkedIn, and industry databases) to source and evaluate capital providers.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Tech-savvy with experience using cold-emailing and calling tools, and best practices.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
