Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead and manage complex projects from initiation to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

This role involves clearly defined projects or projects requiring dynamic change management to deliver business value. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Initiation: Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and ensure proper project initiation with a business case and necessary approvals.
  • Project Planning: Schedule and coordinate project activities, milestones, and resources to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Provide daily direction to the technical team and weekly status updates to stakeholders.
  • Communication: Manage communication and documentation procedures, including maintaining a central project file.
  • Risk Management: Implement communication and risk mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Post-Project Review: Conduct post-project reviews and create recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business administration, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is required.
  • At least seven (7) years of direct experience as a project manager in a corporate IT environment within medium to large organizations under a PMO.
  • Expertise in IT security technologies, embedded security, and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex data interpretation.
  • Experience managing similar projects is a plus.
