RAPP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Marketing Sciences team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leveraging your analytical expertise to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Your Role:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement reporting solutions to measure campaign performance and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Uncover valuable insights from complex data sets to inform marketing decisions.
  2. Design and develop reporting dashboards to effectively communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
  3. Work closely with the Strategy and Creative teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research, Marketing, Business, Math/Statistics, Finance, Social Science, or related field.
  • 3-4 years experience working as a Marketing Analyst or Data Analyst.
  • High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, MS Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
