Job Title: Chief Risk Officer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our credit risk strategy, underwriting policies, and overall risk management across our global operations.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end credit risk, focusing on business lending activities and portfolio management in key regions such as Latin America.

This role will involve developing and implementing the global credit risk strategy, ensuring robust risk mitigation frameworks, and aligning credit risk management practices with overall business objectives.

  • Lead the development and implementation of credit risk strategies that balance business growth with risk mitigation.
  • Oversee the B2B underwriting process and manage the credit and underwriting teams.
  • Refine global credit risk policies, underwriting standards, and risk appetite across diverse business units.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, underwriting, and/or commercial lending.

A Master's degree or MBA is preferred, as well as 5+ years of experience leading a global team of credit risk professionals.

In-depth knowledge of credit risk models, credit assessment frameworks, and portfolio management techniques is essential, along with understanding of regulatory requirements in the global credit space, particularly in LATAM regulatory frameworks.
