Job Title:

ServiceNow Solution Developer

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field and possess proven experience as a ServiceNow developer. They should have strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document detailed service requirements for ServiceNow projects.
  • Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and automation through ServiceNow.
  • Design ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements.
  • Develop test plans, conduct testing and validate ServiceNow functionalities to ensure they meet business and technical objectives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users ensuring effective utilization of ServiceNow applications and features.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, configuration changes and user guides.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing ServiceNow functionalities and process efficiencies.
