About the Role

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives in LATAM, focusing on enhancing the digital grid.
  • Coordinate project plans, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including internal teams and customers.
  • Share lessons learned from projects to drive process improvements and strategic enhancements.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Electrical, Electronics, Power, or an equivalent technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles driving digital products and digital transformation.
  • Technical expertise within the energy industry.
  • Strong passion for new technologies, with knowledge of IoT, digitalization, and automation trends.
  • Customer-focused mindset with skills in collaboration, creativity, and open communication.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish at intermediate level.
