Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Category Manager to lead our Retail team in driving category growth, improving terms and cost structures, and developing long-term partnerships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive category growth and improve sales
- Audit and escalate vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreements and negotiate improved terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners to drive business growth and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Experience in strategy, consultancy, financial analysis, and category management
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
