Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch support to our customers.

About the Role

This role will involve:

  • Providing customer support via chat, email, or phone
  • Assisting customers with technical issues related to our products and services
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts and payment issues
  • Providing guidance and assistance to tutors on technical issues
  • Monitoring live online classes and providing support as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
