Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating critical business projects, managing global and regional stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate critical business projects applicable to Brazil Organization, Innovation projects, Cost Transformation initiatives, Internal/External benchmarking, and Business Continuity solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the Procurement function and Brazil Business Organization, International Personal Care Business Organization, Global Procurement Organization, and other Supply Chain functions.
- Manage global, regional, and local senior business stakeholders to ensure alignment to Business Units goals.
- Serve as an escalation point for Procurement topics related to Brazil operation, including Supplier issues/concerns/opportunities.
- Maintain an effective business relationship with all suppliers and stakeholders based on clear, concise group and personal communication.
- Manage 3 Specialists who will be the first point of contact with business functions and support strategy implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement across the Procurement organization.
