Job Description

We are seeking a talented and proactive developer to join our team in enhancing our ServiceNow platform with AI-powered solutions.

This role is key to driving automation, efficiency, and intelligent workflows for our business and clients.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Now Assist AI and ServiceNow's AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist AI, including Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow AI configurations.
  • Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation leveraging Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Optimize and fine-tune AI models within ServiceNow for accuracy, relevance, and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AI configurations, scripts, and integrations.
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow AI innovations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on expertise in Now Assist AI and ServiceNow's AI/ML capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and configuration.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI service orchestration, or similar AI technologies is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist Now Assist AI Specialist (if available)
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
