Project Manager - Library Software Implementation

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Service Implementation team in Latin America, with a focus on Brazil. This is an excellent opportunity to work on public and academic software projects. Our team delivers services across the Americas to help customers achieve their business goals by providing expert advice, training, managed services, and support.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing software products and services across the region. You will participate in and contribute to process improvement, global initiatives, and work standardization across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the overall primary point of contact for the customer project team
  • Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing requirements
  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope
  • Managing project risk through mitigation planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or library systems
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish

The ideal candidate will have experience in library workflows/standards, SAAS implementation in higher education industry, and working with Ex Libris/Innovative products. They should also have experience serving as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
