About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Engineering System Administrator. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting large-scale projects by providing technical expertise and ensuring seamless execution.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as a single point of contact for global/regional large accounts, assisting in creating digital twins for Hilti's portfolio of products. You will work closely with a global team to ensure both short-term and long-term readiness of solutions.

You will be based in a regional Project Management Office, serving as a technical support specialist to our sales team for large project acquisitions and as a Plant Design Administrator during the execution and support of large global projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align with the PMO Head within the region and the Global Plant Design Business Owner on project pipeline priorities.
  • Support construction project managers and business developers in project acquisition by demonstrating plant design offerings tailored to account-specific requirements.
  • Partner with customer's Plant Design Administrators and Model Automation Leads to ensure testing of solutions and catalog integrity.
  • Lead the setup of libraries and plug-ins for Hilti and Oglaend Modular supports, Firestop, and Cable Management solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for installation challenges and troubleshooting software conflicts.
  • Train customer modelers and designers on using our libraries and plug-ins.
  • Create bespoke assemblies for project or account-specific customization needs.
  • Internally, train sales and business development teams on plant design solutions and capabilities.
  • Document all customer-facing activities in Salesforce and Clickup.
  • Consolidate customer feedback on challenges and opportunities for solution improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to test libraries and document feature requests in Jira.
  • Support business development by sharing best practices and success stories related to plant design projects.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or related disciplines, or an equivalent IT diploma.
  • Experience with EPC, engineering consultancy, contractors, and industry projects preferred.
  • Proven experience in engineering systems administration (Aveva PDMS/E3D, Integraph SP3D, Bentley, Autodesk P3D).
  • Good understanding of engineering practices and project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering design, drafting applications, and data integration software.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, advanced English, intermediate Spanish.
  • Availability for international business travel (15-20%).
