Project Manager

Corbion is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for coordinating the CAPEX portfolio, ensuring the execution of projects on time and within budget, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, schedule, finances, and resources to meet predetermined business objectives.
  • Document project processes and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Assess and mitigate potential risks and blockers.
  • Plan and lead medium to large-sized capital projects/programs, integrating outside technical resources.
  • Plan, control, and monitor field execution activities, solving pending issues and ensuring compliance with project concepts.
  • Support multidisciplinary field engineering teams and execution teams.
  • Anticipate changing resource requirements and initiate responses to optimize project results.
  • Make effective presentations of technical material to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive the use of engineering discipline to improve project management processes.
  • Manage project team members, both internal and external.
  • Ensure the safety of personnel and the safe operation of departments, equipment, and buildings.
Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management.
  • Extensive problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated management experience and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
