Senior Design Professional

We are seeking an experienced design professional to lead our design function for high-profile projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-value construction projects and be able to manage and coordinate design activities between clients, construction teams, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate design documentation, submittals, approvals, and ensure alignment with contractual and program requirements.
- Monitor and report on design progress; lead weekly/monthly reporting.
- Ensure technical compliance, review calculations and shop drawings (structural, rebar, BSS, MEP).
- Authorize material submittals, invoices, and design change documentation.
- Coordinate with authorities for NOC and support submissions.
- Lead, motivate, and delegate within the design team; oversee document control and QA/QC.
- Support project delivery by aligning design with planning, procurement, and site operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in construction design management.
- Proficiency in design tools (STAAD, Prokon, ETABS, AutoCAD).
- Strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
- Proven leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
