We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and operating corporate culture initiatives, as well as supporting social media and employer branding activities.
This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
About the Role- Culture Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our company's culture and employee engagement.
- HR Support: Provide general HR support, including onboarding, performance development, and employee relations.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in areas such as learning and development, talent management, and organizational design.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
