About This Opportunity

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our human resource efforts.
  • This role will involve developing and implementing HR policies and programs, including employee relations, talent acquisition, communication, compensation, talent development, and other functions.
  • As an HR Generalist, you will provide coaching and counseling to management and employees to enhance individual contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to various departments in the organization, including talent management and talent acquisition.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and retention.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee conflicts and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience or a combination of education and work experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Retail experience is an asset.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and conflict management skills.
