We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team.

Job Description
  • Monitor and maintain programs, ensuring compliance with Federal, state and local laws.
  • Communicate program changes and create or modify documentation as needed.
  • Plan projects, determine project scope, deadlines, and administrative resources, and assign work to other personnel.
  • Consult with management and generalists on legal and related HR issues.
  • Advises managers on various People Office issues by collecting factual information, reviewing company policy, and recommending solutions.
  • Work with Compensation professionals in the administration of wage and salary programs.
  • Administer affirmative action plans and provide data to outside counsel relating to job duties, employment practices, promotion/transfer patterns, and workforce demographics.
  • Compare job openings and selection rates to applicant/protected group availability and goals, and recommend strategies for minimizing under-utilizations.
  • Oversee HR department support of acquisitions, collect data for spreadsheets, and coordinate mapping of data from acquired facilities to systems.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration practices and procedures, EEO, FLSA, and related employment/labor laws and regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of job analysis techniques and job description development.
  • Effective leadership skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to handle stressful situations.
