Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to support our HR operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality HR services and ensuring seamless implementation of location-specific guidelines and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support complex internal and external HR-related matters independently with little supervision.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics and activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Conduct investigations related to employee complaints, collaborating with HR Manager and/or Employee Relations on complex and/or serious allegations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years prior experience working in Human Resources.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation/communication proficiency.
  • Experience collaborating and building relationships with peers and senior leaders in various departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
