Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to leaders and employees in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business results through talent development, employee engagement, and labor relations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced English language skills.
