As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional employee experiences.
Job Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Handle ongoing activities within a specific unit, including resource allocation and prioritization when needed.
- Provide solutions and implement policies/processes/activities in a dynamic environment.
- Craft, generate, and present reports that support organizational processes and facilitate ongoing improvement.
- Update and maintain data of various systems and issue reports and analyses in support of ongoing monitoring and decision making.
- Plan and handle operational aspects of processes and/or activities from initiation to execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Previous solid generalist experience in HR needs (Benefits, Payroll, Personnel department, Legislation, Work safety, Occupational medicine, Employee care, Vacation, Onboarding, Offboarding).
- Familiarity with collective agreements and relationship with unions.
- Knowledge of External and Internal Audits.
- Ability to act with engagement and represent the company.
