The primary function of the Human Resources Generalist is to support various talent management processes, oversee work hours control, and manage employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Support: Manage candidates' applications, collaborate with managers to ensure a smooth hiring process, and onboard new employees by providing initial training and implementing HR policies on company benefits and guidelines.
- Work Hours Control: Oversee monthly time recording, timesheet closure, inclusion/exclusion of employees in the system, and clock control.
- Employee Onboarding: Organize initial training sessions, provide HR guidance on benefits and company policies, and implement effective communication strategies to facilitate a seamless transition for new employees.
