Job Title: Human Resources Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, terminations, and related legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee benefits, including transportation vouchers, meal allowances, medical and dental plans.
  • Track and manage vacation accruals, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, vacations, payroll, and HR processes.
  • Maintain and update the employee database, generating reports for audits and due diligence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in People Operations roles.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Deep knowledge of admission and termination practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Points:
  • Prior experience in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with legal technology solutions and e-discovery tools.
