Job Description:

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing the attendance and scheduling of team members, staff management, and communication with team members on a one-on-one basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless workflow, fostering positive relationships, and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities include: maintaining accurate records, coordinating team meetings, and facilitating open communication among team members.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with relevant work experience in a similar role.

Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential for this position.
