We are seeking a talented Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the right people with the right projects at the right time, ensuring seamless delivery of customer-facing services engagements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate resource tracking and allocation across multiple projects. They will also be skilled in data analysis and reporting, with a strong focus on process improvement.

This is a hands-on role, requiring close collaboration with consultants, sales teams, and senior leadership. The Resource Manager will be responsible for managing tools, data, and reporting pertaining to resource management, including capability, availability, and utilization data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Practice Managers, Project Managers, and Solution Principals to understand project staffing needs and requirements
  • Develop and optimize tools necessary for efficient and effective staffing
  • Manage initiatives based on Customer Success strategic plan
  • Ensure consistency of adoption and use of process, methodology, and tools across the Practice
  • Provide forecasts and analyze key business metrics related to staffing, utilization, margins, implementation progress, issues, etc.
