Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various HR activities, including benefits implementation, occupational medicine exams, personnel administration, payroll closure, and labor guide completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of employee benefits and relationships with external companies
  • Scheduling occupational medicine exams and providing assistance with personnel administration
  • Closure of payroll and maintenance of accurate records
  • Filling out labor guides and completing the General Register of Employed and Unemployed
  • Maintenance of relationships with banks and feeding the HR system with relevant information
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Understanding of labor legislation and regulations
  • Knowledge of e-Social and public inspection systems for ancillary obligations
  • Advanced skills in mathematical calculations and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized and responsible profile with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of implementing HR systems and advanced English language skills
