Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities:
- Support business needs within HR competencies to help reach business and employment goals.
- Perform daily payroll operations (hiring, severance, vacation, taxes, timesheet, benefits) ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll concerns or issues.
- Manage payroll documentation, communication with external payroll system providers.
- Ensure proper use of all HR systems, maintain data up-to-date, and ensure compliance.
- Use data analytics tools to analyze workforce metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR generalist role.
- ADP knowledge is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
