HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold regular meetings with business units and management, providing guidance on HR issues.
  • Analyze trends and metrics related to employee retention, developing solutions to increase retention.
  • Stay updated on labor regulations, ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing legal risks.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in interpreting HR policies.
  • Solve complex employee-related problems.
  • Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in similar positions within the area.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility (desirable).
  • Advanced English level.
