Senior HR Business Partner

The primary function of this role is to provide strategic support and guidance to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to executives and leaders on employee productivity, retention, engagement, and relationships.
  • Act as a point of contact for all employees and executives with human resources-related matters and queries.
  • Collaborate with HR line managers and business executive leaders to interpret HR processes, business objectives, goals, challenges, and concerns.
  • Ensure integrated human resource strategies and policies align with organizational needs and goals.
  • Manage employee relation metrics, diagnose issues, and eradicate root causes.
  • Identify interventions that might disrupt the business framework.
  • Contribute to providing suggestions and recommendations to eradicate technical issues.
  • Assist executives and leaders in optimizing company structure and framework.
  • Provide counseling, coaching, mentorship, and guidance for employees and executives to target better performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in HR.
  • Experience as an HR generalist.
  • Experience with Work Climate Survey Report.
  • Experience with training and development, recruitment, inclusion, and diversity strategies.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Soft skills: resilience, organized, hands-on.
