Human Resource Leader

This role involves leading HR activities in Latin America and the Caribbean, reporting to international senior management. As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for all HR operations in the region, including coaching, consulting, and acting as a trusted HR advisor and partner to directors and senior managers.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee development, and succession planning.
- Lead the Latin America and Caribbean HR team, delivering value to the business by providing expertise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with leaders across the globe to create and implement strategies that meet business needs, championing Latin American HR perspectives in cross-functional projects, meetings, and events.
Key qualifications include existing rights to work in Brazil, fluency in both written and verbal English, a bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or a related field, experience as an HR lead or manager, and extensive experience in human resources operations, including international policy and employment laws in the managed regions.
