Job Title: Human Resources Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Senior Analyst to join our team. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in HR operations, including talent management, benefits administration, and performance development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, develop performance improvement plans, and provide coaching to employees.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on talent management and performance development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Workday or BambooHR.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including metrics and benchmarks.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
