We are seeking a talented HR Professional to join our team in the capacity of Senior Human Resources Analyst.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing development actions related to individual and organizational needs, through internal or external programs such as trainings, coaching, mentoring, etc. Key responsibilities include content development and conducting trainings, implementing new methodologies and innovative initiatives to drive business growth.

In addition, this role will be responsible for overseeing the Apprentices/ Interns program, ensuring hiring quota, timeline, onboarding, and appropriate development actions. The Senior Human Resources Analyst will also be responsible for the Onboarding & Induction program for new hires, supporting the implementation of Engagement & Satisfaction surveys, Talent Reviews, and 360/Development Feedback Assessments to identify areas for improvement.

This role will support and coordinate with leaders and HR Business Partners to develop and implement organizational culture initiatives. Responsibilities also include searching and defining strategic partners, vendors, and universities to support business demands, and defining Learning and Development KPIs to improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Solid understanding in development tools (9Box | Succession Plan)
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Sheets, Presentations, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English; Spanish desirable
