We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to lead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that drive business results. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our organization and make a significant impact on our success.

About the Role:

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support business objectives. This includes providing guidance on talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives;
  • Provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement;
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Conduct stay interviews to understand reasons for high turnover rates;
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR metrics;
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
