Job Overview:

We are searching for an HR Business Partner to closely work with one of Samsung's Business Units, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Planning departments. This position will be responsible for implementing HR Strategies and Policies and acting as a change management agent for our organization.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the business unit's needs.
  • Work closely with business leaders to ensure alignment between operational needs and HR initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the hiring of qualified talents aligned with the business unit's needs.
  • Implement human capital development programs supporting the business unit's growth strategy.
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to identify improvement opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Handle conflicts and employment-related issues, ensuring quick resolutions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on HR program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in strategic positions.
  • Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations regarding HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity for clear and concise communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability.
  • Experience with Workday system and HR management tools will be considered advantageous.
  • Language: Advanced English is mandatory.
