We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our organization as a Strategic Human Resources Partner. This role will be responsible for supporting the development of business strategies, leading local initiatives, and implementing global and regional HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business leaders to provide guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Develop and implement effective HR processes and programs to drive business growth.
- Design and deliver leadership development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Provide expert support and coaching to managers and directors on complex HR issues.
- Participate in cross-functional and regional HR projects to drive strategic outcomes.
- Foster a high-performance culture by advising leadership teams on best practices related to change management, employee relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proven experience in Human Resources management positions, preferably in a matrix environment.
- Strong experience working with Centers of Excellence (COE) or Shared Services Centers (CSC).
- Advanced English proficiency.
